Grilled Cilantro Burger Sliders with Teriyaki and Pineapple

Add these to your must-make list.

As if these cilantro burger sliders aren’t delicious enough on their own, they’re also made with grilled pineapple, melted Swiss cheese and served with homemade teriyaki sauce.

These juicy burgers make a wonderful appetizer as well as a main dish.  But napkins may be required.

When I go to events where appetizers are served, I’m so glad when there are sliders or other heavy appetizers because so often I don’t have the time to grab lunch or dinner before heading over to the gathering.

Here are more appetizers you may like “Pan-Fried Pork Chinese Dumplings“, “Jalapeno and Cheese Taquitos” and “Mini Shrimp Tostadas with Homemade Guacamole“.

And feel free to customize these sliders to your liking.  Sliced tomatoes, fresh spinach leaves, lettuce and mayonnaise are delicious options.

Let’s check out the ingredients.
