Mini Peanut Butter Cream Pies

The pie filling is made with just 2 ingredients and the pies take only 15 minutes to make!

For the Pie Filling and Crust:

  • ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons peanut butter chunky or smooth
  • 3 cups Cool Whip Topping (equals an 8 ounce container)
  • 1 package (6-count) premade mini graham cracker pie crusts

For the Pie Toppings:

  • 3 cups Cool Whip Topping (equals 8 ounce container)
  • ¼ cup chocolate sauce or chocolate hot fudge, softened
  • ¼ cup chocolate candy sprinkles or chocolate candy curls


For the Pie Filling and Crust:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the Cool Whip topping and peanut butter to make the pie filling. Mix until thoroughly incorporated.
  2. Add the filling in the pie shells.

For the Pie Toppings:

  1. Top the pies with Cool Whip topping. 

  2. Drizzle chocolate sauce on top of the pie. Then top with chocolate candy sprinkles or curls. 

  3. Let chill in the refrigerator at least an hour before serving (longer is fine). Store leftover pies in the refrigerator.
