Lemon Butter and Poppy Seed Popcorn

Change up popcorn in a good way!

  • 4 cups popped popcorn
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • ½ of a lemon juiced
  • ½ teaspoon poppy seeds
  • Salt to taste


  1. Heat a small skillet or pot on low heat and add butter. Stir as the butter melts and add lemon juice.  
  2. Continue to stir until the butter is completely melted. Drizzle melted butter on top the popcorn. 
  3. Top with poppy seeds and salt to taste. For best results, eat right away.
