  • ¼ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon orange marmalade
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon flax seed
  • 1 kale leaf medium size
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup orange juice
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon honey or add to taste


  • In a blender, add all ingredients except the honey. Blend on the smoothie setting. Then do a taste test and add honey if needed. Serve right away while ice cold.
