Ingredients
For the Smoothie:
2/3cupplain yogurt
2wholekiwi fruitpeeled and cut into large pieces
1/4cuphoneyor to taste
16fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2cupfresh or frozen blueberries
2teaspoonsflax seedoptional
3/4cupice cubes or crushed ice
For Garnish:
Leftover cut fruit and berries

Instructions
For the Smoothie:
To a blender, add yogurt, honey, kiwi fruit, strawberries, blueberries, flax seed (optional), and ice. Blend until smooth.
If using frozen berries or if the smoothie is too thick, add just a little liquid at a time (such as water, almond milk, orange juice) until it is at the desired consistency.
After the smoothie is blended, do a taste test and add more honey if needed.
Serve:
Serve right away while it's ice cold.
Garnish:
Add leftover cut fruit and berries to the rim of each serving glass for garnish.

TIPS:

Depending on the size of your blender you may need to make one serving at a time by dividing each of the above ingredients in half.
