Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
This pork takes less than 5 minutes to prep before putting it in the slow cooker then the day is yours.

Ingredients
2
pounds
pork shoulder
blade or butt roast
2
teaspoons
salt
2
teaspoons
ground black pepper
Equipment
5 quart slow cooker (crockpot) or larger
Instructions
Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly to all sides of the roast.
Lay the roast, fat-side up in the middle of the slow cooker. Cover with a lid and cook on the low setting for 4 hours.
After the roast is done cooking, remove the fat and discard.
Remove some of the juice in the slow cooker if desired and using 2 forks, pull the pork apart and serve.
