Banana, Blueberry and Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie

Just add a straw to this wonderful smoothie with oatmeal, and enjoy your breakfast on-the-go!

  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana (or unfrozen is fine too)
  • 2/3 cup cooked oatmeal cooled and on the thick side
  • 1 tablespoon honey or add to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon flax seed
  • 1 cup ice cubes (heaping)


  • Add all ingredients to the blender and blend on the smoothie setting. 
  • Serve right away while it’s ice cold. As an option it can be served over a little ice to make it even colder.
