Banana, Blueberry and Oatmeal Smoothie
Just add a straw to this wonderful smoothie with oatmeal and enjoy your breakfast on-the-go.

Ingredients

cup
frozen blueberries

frozen banana
(or unfrozen is fine too)
2/3
cup
cooked oatmeal
cooled and on the thick side

tablespoon
honey
or add to taste
1/8
teaspoon
cinnamon
1
teaspoon
flax seed (optional)
1
cup (heaping)
ice cubes

Blender
Instructions
Add all ingredients to the blender and blend on the smoothie setting.
Serve right away while it’s ice cold.
As an option it can be served over a little ice to make it even colder.
