plain nonfat Greek yogurt

tablespoon
orange marmalade
1
cup
fresh or frozen raspberries
1
teaspoon
flax seed
1
kale leaf
medium size
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
3/4
cup
orange juice
1
cup
ice cubes
1
tablespoon
honey
or add to taste

Instructions
In a blender, add all ingredients except the honey. Blend on the smoothie setting.
Then do a taste test and add honey if needed. Serve right away while ice cold.
