For the Honey Mustard Dressing - In a small bowl add mayonnaise, yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, and honey. Whisk together and set aside.
For the Vegetables - In a medium size bowl add shredded cabbage, carrots and green onion.
For the Coleslaw - To the bowl with the vegetables, add the honey mustard dressing, salt and pepper.
Toss all ingredients together until the vegetables are lightly coated. Set aside for a moment.
