Peach, Blueberry and Banana Smoothie

Enjoy this delicious smoothie for breakfast, a snack, dessert or anytime of the day.

  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 lemon (juice only) juiced
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or add to taste
  • 1 teaspoon flax seed (optional)
  • 1 whole ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 1 whole ripe peach seeded and cut into medium size pieces (skin-on)
  • 2 cups crushed ice


  • Blender


  • In a blender jar, add water, lemon juice, yogurt, honey, banana, blueberries, cut pieces of peach, flax seed (optional) and crushed ice.
  • Blend on the smoothie setting until creamy. Do a taste test and add (pulse in) more honey if needed.
  • Serve right away while ice cold.
