Instructions
For the Burgers:
In a medium size bowl, add ground beef, chopped jalapeno, chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
Mix the ingredients together and form the meat into 4 patties. Try to make the diameter of each patty the same size as the diameter of the bun.
In a large skillet (if using a smaller skillet, make the burgers in batches) brown the hamburger patties on both sides and let cook until just before the burgers are done (3 minutes before the burger is done).
Then, pile one cup of shredded cheese on top of each patty.
Cover the pan with a lid. When the cheese has spread over the bottom of the pan and can be lifted up along with each patty, and the burger is thoroughly cooked, transfer it from the pan onto a plate. Set aside for a moment while toasting the buns.
For the Buns:
Heat a large skillet on medium heat and add butter. Put the buns in the pan face down so that the inside of the bread gets covered with the butter.
Cook until the inside of the buns are a golden-brown color.
For the Crispy Cheese Burger Sliders:
On the bottom side of the buns, set the crispy cheese burgers on top.
Drizzle your favorite dressing or sauce on top of the burger (ranch, blue cheese, mayonnaise, barbecue sauce or whatever you like).
To each burger, add a slice of tomato, avocado, a dash of pepper, and a dash of salt.
Lastly, add the top side of the bun to the crispy cheese burger and serve warm.
