For the Cold Brewed Tea (Can Substitute with Prepared Ice Tea if Preferred):

2cupsCold brewed tea
3freshpeachesskin and pit removed and discarded

1tablespoonhoney (or to taste)(if preferred, use sugar to taste)

For the Cold Brewed Tea:
To make the cold brewed tea for this recipe, which is 2 servings, use a thoroughly cleaned medium-size glass container with a lid and fill it with 2 cups of cold water, add 3 regular size black tea bags (with the strings hanging over the top edge of the container).Cover the container with a lid and put it in the refrigerator overnight for at least 6 hours.
After its brewed, remove and discard the tea bags from the container and store the tea covered with a lid in the refrigerator for not more than a day for the best flavor and freshness.
For the Aqua Fresca:
Peaches - Remove the skin and pits from the peaches and discard. Cut the peach flesh into medium size chunks.
Add Ingredients to Blender - In a blender, add the cold brewed tea, cut peaches, lemon juice and honey.
Blend - Blend on the smoothie or juice setting until smooth.
Do a taste test and add more honey (or sugar) if needed.
Serve:
Serve right away over a lot of ice and garnish with peach slices.
Notes
TIP
When making an agua fresca with fruit that has a lot of pulp, for a thinner consistency the mixture can be poured thru a mesh strainer.
