Blueberry Granola Smoothie

Blueberry, Banana and Granola Smoothie

Everybody needs this blueberry, banana and granola smoothie for breakfast.

Ingredients

For the Smoothie:

  • 1/3 cup light coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek nonfat plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons granola
  • 1 cup ice cubes

For Garnish:

  • 2 teaspoons granola

Equipment

  • Blender

Instructions

For the Smoothie:

  • In a blender, add coconut milk, yogurt, honey, banana, blueberries, granola, and ice.  
  • Blend on the smoothie or milkshake setting until smooth.
  • After the smoothie is blended, do a taste test and add more honey if needed.
  • Pour into the serving glasses and serve while ice cold.

For Garnish:

  • Top each smoothie with a couple pinches of granola for garnish.
