Ingredients
For the Smoothie:
1/2
cup
unsweetened white grapefruit juice
1
whole
lime
zested first, then juiced
1/2
cup
plain yogurt
2
tablespoons
honey
1
tablespoon
sugar
or add to taste
1/2
cup
green seedless grapes

fresh spinach leaves

fresh mint leaves

medium size
Granny Smith apple
Cut the apple from the core in large pieces (discard the core).

ice cubes
For Garnish:

Small sprigs of mint
(for garnish)
Instructions
To the blender add the grapefruit juice, lime juice, lime zest, yogurt, honey, sugar, grapes, spinach, mint leaves, apple pieces and ice.
Blend on the smoothie setting.
Serve right away while ice cold.
Garnish each serving with a small sprig of mint.
