1container (6 ounces)fresh blueberriesstems removed and rinsed
1cup (heaping)green grapes that are cut in half lengthwise
Honey Citrus Dressing
For the Honey Citrus Dressing:
2tablespoons (heaping)honeyor add to taste (add more for a sweeter dressing)
1-1/2tablespoonsfresh lemon juice
1-1/2tablespoonsfresh lime juice
Instructions
For the Salad:
Cut the fruit off of the seed in large pieces (with the skin on). Then cut the fruit into 1/4-inch thick slices that are in the shape of a half-circle.
To a large bowl, add the cut peaches, grapes and blueberries.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and set aside in the refrigerator.Just before serving, make the dressing.
For the Honey Citrus Dressing:
In a small bowl, add fresh lime juice, fresh lemon juice and honey. Whisk together until combined. Do a quick taste test and add more honey or citrus juice if needed.
For the Assembly:
Just before serving; To the bowl of cut fruit, add the dressing. Gently stir to coat the fruit and blueberries with the dressing. Serve right away.

Use ripe peaches to add a sweeter taste and a fragrant aroma to this salad.
