Peach and Blueberry Fruit Salad with Honey Citrus Dressing
This vibrant fruit salad with a sweet lemon-lime twist is as delicious as it is pretty.
Less is more with this fruit salad that’s made with just 3 main ingredients (peaches, grapes and blueberries), plus a quick and easy 3-ingredient dressing.
The bright colors of fruit and berries in this salad are so pretty.
It’s an eye-catching side dish that’s easy to make and tastes wonderful.
Just before serving, honey citrus dressing is mixed in with the fruit which not only adds a delicious fresh flavor to the salad but also gives the fruit and berries a beautiful sheen.
And I especially like the variation of rounded shapes in this salad which to my eyes, makes it look appetizing.
The peaches are sliced into fairly thick semi-circles (with the skin on), and the grapes are cut in half lengthwise in an oval shape which contrasts nicely with the round blueberries.
And then to really show off the beautiful colors of this salad…
…it can either be served on a bright white, or colorful plate that “frames” the fruit like the blue print plate above.
Or a shallow bowl is a nice option too.
Let’s check out the ingredients.
