Easy Side Dishes That Are Served Chilled
Here’s proof that side dishes don’t need to be served warm to be delicious.
Here are scrumptious side dishes that are served chilled.
When friends come over for dinner I love to have a big spread of food when it comes time to serve dinner.
But for me, one of the hardest things about making dinner for guests is coordinating the serving time so that the main dish and various sides are all hot or warm at the same time.
Any help I can get by having fully or partially make-ahead side dishes that are meant to be served chilled or at room temperature gives me less stress and more time to visit with friends.
And thank goodness for plastic wrap so the side dishes can be put in serving dishes ahead of time and all that has to be done is to remove the plastic wrap just before serving.
I think the hardest part about making dishes ahead of time is remembering to serve them.
Have you ever found a side dish in the fridge after dinner is done? This has for sure happened to me more than once.
