Bourbon Glazed Bananas and Streusel Dessert

This dessert will win your heart!

Bourbon-Glazed-Bananas-and-Streusel-Dessert

Bourbon topped ice cream?  Sure why not.

When made into a glaze along with maple syrup and a bit of butter it’s sooo good.

Bananas are also added to the mix and are lightly browned in this Bourban Maple glaze.  There’s nothing like ice cream served over or under a warm sauce.  The combination is heavenly.

There’s also a homemade crunch to this dessert and it tastes a lot like little crispy cookies.

It’s baked streusel made with just 5 ingredients plus a few pinches of cinnamon.

The streusel is super easy to make and makes the perfect topping.

There should even be leftover streusel in this recipe which tastes wonderful for a sweet snack.

Let’s check out the ingredients.
