Ingredients
- 1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon orange marmalade
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 teaspoon flax seed
- 1 kale leaf medium size
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon honey or add to taste

Instructions
- In a blender, add all ingredients except the honey. Blend on the smoothie setting.
- Then do a taste test and add honey if needed. Serve right away while ice cold.
