But first, thank you so much for stopping by CCC!

Here’s how to make it.

For the Muffins:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

In a large mixing bowl, add flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, egg (beaten), canola oil, and milk.

Mix together just enough to form a batter (don’t beat until smooth).

Next,

to the mixing bowl add mini chocolate chips and,

mashed bananas.

Gently stir together.

Then…

…spoon the batter into a lined muffin tin.  Fill each muffin liner about two thirds full.  Set aside for just a moment.

For the Streusel:

In a medium size bowl, add flour, brown sugar, cold butter, and chunky peanut butter.

Using a fork, cut  (or smash) the butter into the mixture until small crumbles form.

Top the muffins evenly with streusel and…

…bake in a preheated oven until done (about 20 to 25 minutes).

Test the doneness by inserting a toothpick into the middle of one of the muffins; if it comes out clean then it should be done.

Let cool before serving.

Garnish with mini chocolate chips.

Then…

…peel back the paper liner and…

…enjoy each and every bite.
